This Privacy Policy explains how Fix Your Pic (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use fixyourpic.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
When you create an account we store your email address and basic profile information, your plan (free or Pro) and your remaining credits. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we only receive your subscription status and a customer reference.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the Service is used (pages viewed, feature usage, approximate region). We may also use advertising measurement pixels (such as Google, TikTok or Reddit) to measure the performance of our ad campaigns. These tools use cookies or similar technologies. We do not sell your personal information.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@fixyourpic.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@fixyourpic.com — we respond to all legitimate requests.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Our infrastructure providers (including Vercel, Supabase, Google and Stripe) may process data in countries other than your own. They each maintain industry-standard safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
