Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fixyourpic.com (the “Service”), operated by Fix Your Pic. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Fix Your Pic lets you edit photos by describing the change you want in plain language. Edits are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; we do not guarantee any particular result.

2. Free tier and Pro subscription

• The free tier includes a limited number of edits per day; free results include a visible watermark.
• Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past ones.
• If something went wrong with a charge, contact support@fixyourpic.com and we will review refund requests case by case.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the edits you generate, to the extent permitted by law.
• You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your photo solely to provide the edit you requested.
• You must own the rights to (or have permission for) any photo you upload, including the consent of identifiable people in it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or process content that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or depicts real people in a sexualised way;
• is deceptive or harmful — including impersonation, fake documents, misleading “evidence”, or non-consensual face swaps of real people;
• harasses, defames or threatens any person or group.

We may refuse to process content, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fix Your Pic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
